Our First Home
Army Public School, Dagshai, is not just a school to us—it’s a home and the foundation of who we are today. Growing up within its walls, we didn’t just receive an education; we built lifelong relationships, learned resilience, and imbibed values that shaped our character.
As boarders, our connection to Dagshai runs deeper than most. The early morning PTs, the camaraderie in the dorms and the discipline of school life are etched in our hearts. This wasn’t just where we studied—it was where we learned to stand tall, cherish friendships, and face life with determination and grit.
Dagshai taught us to dream big and stay grounded, to thrive as individuals while working as a team, and to uphold the principles of honor and integrity. Even years later, no matter where life has taken us, the lessons we learned and the memories we made in those hills remain our guiding light.
This bond is unshakable—a testament to the shared experiences and unwavering love we all carry for our alma mater, our beloved APS Dagshai.
Proud Daggers
We proudly call ourselves Daggers as a tribute to our alma mater, Army Public School, Dagshai. The nickname symbolizes the sharpness, resilience, and precision we embody—qualities instilled in us during our formative years at the school. Just like a dagger, we were forged to be strong and steadfast, shaped by the discipline of boarding life, the camaraderie of our peers, and the timeless lessons imparted by our mentors.
Being a Dagger is more than a name; it’s an identity. It reflects our unbreakable spirit, our ability to overcome challenges, and the lifelong bond we share as a family. The hills of Dagshai may be behind us, but the Dagger within us remains—sharp, unyielding, and forever loyal to the place that made us who we are.
ALUMNI CREST
After much experimentation, this is the final design for the Alumni Badge that I’ve created. It is specifically tailored to complement light-colored backgrounds on apparel or other surfaces. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback on it!

I have introduced new colors for the School Alumni Community to honor the rich heritage of our school while retaining the core elements of the pre-2000 school logo. These updates maintain the legacy of our institution while adding a fresh and contemporary touch.
Additionally, I’ve designed an Alumni Blazer crest and badge, tailored for use on light background apparel, ensuring versatility and elegance. Below are some graphic representations of these designs.
